This role ensures fast and accurate communication between customers and the manufacturing plants.

Our responsibilities include participating in trade fairs, preparing Hungarian-language brochures and user manuals, and securing all necessary permits and documents for market authorization.

We handle warranty claim submissions to manufacturers, machine commissioning, and customer training. We also protect the represented brands and relay customer feedback and inquiries directly to the manufacturers.
